They are truly biodegradable mixtures made from cassava and/or corn starches, which don´t need any specific scenario to biodegrade. They are manufactured directly by us, mostly with bio-based raw materials from renewable sources (>60%) and national production (>65%), accepted by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of the United States; As a consequence, it has no toxic components or oxo-degradable additives.
We manufacture Biodegraplast, and we convert it into flexible films for packaging which are:
– Biodegradable in any medium. It fragment and dissolve in water.
– Traction, elongation and puncture resitant.
– Heat-sealable.
– Avaible in 1.5 to 10 thousandths of an inch.
